Welcome to Red Sky Party Rentals! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our rental services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Rental Agreement
All rentals require a signed agreement before equipment is provided.
Customers must be at least 18 years old to book rentals.
2. Booking and Payments
Full payment is required to secure a booking.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
48 Hours or More Before Event- Full Refund
24-47 Hours Before Event- 50% Refund
Same-Day Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours) - No Refund
4. Use of Equipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper and safe use of all rented items.
Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
5. Liability and Safety
Red Sky Party Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of our equipment.
Customers assume all risks and responsibilities once the rental is delivered.
6. Weather Policy
Inflatables and electronic equipment cannot be used in heavy rain or extreme weather conditions.
If bad weather is expected, we may reschedule your rental at no additional cost.
7. Prohibited Uses
Rentals may not be used for illegal activities or in a way that violates local laws.
Customers must not sublease or transfer rented items to another party.
8. Website and Copyright
All website content, images, and text are owned by Red Sky Party Rentals. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made well in advance of the event may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made closer to the event date may receive a partial refund. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund or allow you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Equipment Issues and Returns
If any rented equipment is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately upon setup for assistance. Equipment reported as damaged or malfunctioning shortly after delivery may qualify for a refund or replacement. Once the rental period has begun, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction or a change of plans.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of rental equipment. Any damages, loss, or theft of the equipment may result in additional charges. Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed in a timely manner to the original payment method. Refunds for deposits or partial payments will be based on the terms listed above.
